Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Angie’s Scents Candle Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, failure to follow candle care instructions, or normal wear over time.
Candle Care Tips
To get the best burn and longest life from your candles, please follow these care tips:
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn
Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the top on the first use
Do not burn candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time
Always place candles on a heat-safe, flat surface
Keep candles away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable items
Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Proper candle care helps prevent tunneling, ensures an even burn, and enhances scent throw.
